ü College bachelor degree majored in HR management or law affairs with fluent English speaking and writing skill;
ü Good at office software like Word and Excel;
ü Three years of management experience in engineering company.
1. Responsible for recruiting local employees, hiring , dismissal and other related procedures
2. Responsible for signing labor contracts with local employees and contract renewals, etc.
3. Responsible for local labor management and assessment.
4. Responsible for local labor training in daily time.
5. Responsible for the daily work of local employees to explain the problem , deal with work;
6. Responsible for local employees a variety of data collection, classification and archive management
7. Responsible for English and Macedonian translation
